Always something eating at my wallet!

Well, it's that time of the year again that I dread. It's time to renew the auto insurance. The monthly payment isn't so bad. It's just that annual down-payment that always seems to eat a hole in the wallet. Why can't you just have an on-going payment? Why must there be an end to the policy and then have to renew with an entirely new down-payment. It really gets my goat. Well, thankfully I'm not having to renew rv insurance. I can't even imagine what the down-payment and monthly payment would be for that!
